We are a licenced premises therefore you cannot bring your own alcohol onto the premises.
We operate Challenge 25, please bring ID to prove you are over the age of 18
No children are permitted in the bar areas, they are allowed in our function halls only. Children can stay at a private function until the end of the night at bar managers discretion.
Evening bookings are from 7pm – 12.30am, early access may be allowed for decorating and set up if no daytime event is on.
Earliest access would be 6pm if there is a daytime function on.
You can decorate the halls with Balloons and Banners, we do not allow use of confetti, confetti cannons or party poppers. Balloons and Banners can be put up with Blu tack only and hung on our mirrors or doors not directly onto the walls.
You can use an outside supplier to provide your own LED dancefloor, chair coverings, light up names/numbers however there is limited space and photobooths will not fit in either hall.
Due to limited space in our small hall, DJs with larger kit can’t be used. Our small hall has a speaker system via our amp which you can use to play your own music via Bluetooth from your phone or laptop or you can provide your own DJ who is laptop based.
If you decide to do your own catering (private parties only) we do not allow anyone use of our kitchen. The use of chafing dishes for hot food is not permitted.
We do not allow Funeral Receptions to bring their own catering.
We do not have storage facilities, therefore any decorations etc left after your function must be collected the next morning or will be disposed of.
We take a £50 refundable deposit at the time of booking (£100 for weddings), this will be refunded within 7 days as long as you leave the hall as you found it.
